The invention belongs to the technical field of heat preservation connecting pieces and particularly relates to an arch-shaped heat preservation connecting piece and a building outer wall structure. The arch-shaped heat preservation connecting piece comprises a sleeve arranged in a heat preservation layer, two ends of the sleeve are each provided with an arch-shaped piece, the two arch-shaped pieces are symmetrical about the sleeve and used for being arranged in an inner wall and an outer wall correspondingly, the arch-shaped pieces are vertically arranged and a gap is reserved at end parts of two arch-shaped piece joints in the sleeve; each arch-shaped piece comprises a bow arm rod piece and a bowstring rod piece which are fixedly connected, a central axis of the bowstring rod piece is perpendicular to a central axis of the sleeve, a connector is fixed to one side, away from the bowstring rod piece, of the bow arm rod piece, and the connector can be inserted into the sleeve and fixed; and the sleeve is made of stainless steel and other low-heat-conduction materials and the arch-shaped piece is formed by casting common carbon steel or alloy steel. The arch-shaped piece has a small in-plane rigidity in a horizontal direction, thus has a relatively small constraint on a horizontal direction of the outer wall, can avoid cracking of the outer wall under a temperature effect, and reduces an earthquake effect of a main body structure.
