Fabricated composite wall for horizontal connection and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a fabricated composite wall for horizontal connection and a construction method thereof. The fabricated composite wall comprises a composite wallboard, the bottom of the composite wallboard is connected with a hidden beam, and a post-cast strip layer is arranged between the composite wallboard and the hidden beam; a plurality of wall surface notches are uniformly formed in the bottom of the composite wallboard and correspond to rib columns of the composite wallboard one by one; the wall surface notch penetrates through the thickness direction of the composite wallboard, and a rib column longitudinal bar of the composite wallboard extends into the wall surface notch; a plurality of n-shaped embedded steel bars are evenly arranged on the hidden beams and correspond to the wall surface notches in a one-to-one mode; the lower ends of the n-shaped embedded steel bars are embedded in the hidden beams, and the upper ends of the n-shaped embedded steel bars extend into the wall surface notches and are fixedly connected with rib column longitudinal bars of the composite wallboards; and the wall surface notch is densely filled with the post-cast strip layer. The hidden beams and the composite wallboards are connected into a whole through the n-shaped embedded steel bars and the rib column longitudinal bars, the equivalent cast-in-place design requirement is met, the shear capacity inside and outside the wall plane is effectively improved, and the bearing capacity of the structure is greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种用于水平连接的装配式复合墙及其施工方法,包括复合墙板,复合墙板的底部与暗梁连接,复合墙板与暗梁之间设置有后浇带层;复合墙板的底部均匀设置有若干墙面缺口,墙面缺口与复合墙板的肋柱一一对应;墙面缺口贯穿复合墙板的厚度方向设置,复合墙板的肋柱纵筋伸入至墙面缺口中;暗梁上均匀设置有若干几字型预埋钢筋,并与墙面缺口一一对应;几字型预埋钢筋的下端埋设在暗梁中,上端伸入墙面缺口中,并与复合墙板的肋柱纵筋固定连接;墙面缺口处采用后浇带层填充密实;本发明利用几字型预埋钢筋及肋柱纵筋将暗梁和复合墙板连接形成整体,满足等同现浇的设计要求,有效提升墙体平面内外的抗剪能力,大大提高结构的承载能力。
