The invention relates to the technical field of wallboard processing, in particular to a fabricated wallboard and a manufacturing process thereof. The process comprises the following steps that s1, wallboards are installed together through hoisting equipment; s2, a layer of cement is smeared at the joint of a gap where the two wallboards are connected; s3, then the cement is flattened according to the needed area; and s4, grouting is conducted in the two wallboards, and the two wallboards are further fixed. The fabricated wallboard and the manufacturing process thereof have the beneficial technical effects that the gap between two wallboards can be automatically smeared with the cement, the cement on the gap between the two wallboards can be flattened and compacted after the cement is smeared, the grouting is conducted in the prefabricated wallboards through a grouting mechanism, the stability and the shock strength between the two wallboards can be further improved, and the two assembly type wallboards can be conveniently assembled.
