The scaffold comprises a first flat plate, two second flat plates and two supporting frames; the two second flat plates are fixedly connected to the bottom end of the first flat plate in parallel and at intervals, and the two second flat plates are distributed in a front-back mode; the opposite side walls of the two second flat plates are each provided with an upper square groove and a lower square groove; the two square grooves close to the first flat plate form a first groove; the two square grooves away from the first flat plate form a second groove; in a first state, the two supporting frames are contained in the first groove and the second groove respectively; in a second state, the two supporting frames are detachably connected to the first flat plate so as to support the first flat plate; and rollers with brakes are mounted at the bottom ends of the two second flat plates.
