According to the method, the door closing speed of the electric suction door is detected; when the door closing speed is larger than a first preset speed threshold value, an electromagnetic braking device is started to brake the electric suction door; a distance between the edge and the door frame of the electric suction door is detected; and when the distance is smaller than the first preset distance threshold value, the electromagnetic braking device is closed, and an electric suction device is started to automatically close the electric suction door. According to the method, a buffering function can be automatically triggered when the electric suction door is closed, the collision force of the door body is reduced, generated noise is reduced, and the service life of the electric suction door is prolonged.
