The invention discloses a composite material window system and a mounting structure thereof. The composite material window system comprises a window frame body, a window sash body and glass, wherein at least one window frame drainage cavity and at least one window frame heat preservation cavity are formed in the window frame body, and the window frame drainage cavity is formed in the outdoor side close to the window frame body; at least one window sash drainage cavity and at least one window sash heat preservation cavity are formed in the window sash body, and the window sash drainage cavity is formed in the outdoor side close to the window sash body; and the glass is arranged on the supporting surface, used for supporting the glass, of the window sash body. According to the composite material window system and the mounting structure thereof, the independent drainage cavities are additionally formed in the window frame and the window sash, so that smooth drainage is guaranteed, and the heat preservation performance is not affected; and furthermore, the composite material window system is clamped with an auxiliary frame, so that the composite material window system is rapid, accurate and firm, and the sealing performance is good.
