The invention discloses a two-clack type leakage-proof grab bucket which comprises a first bucket clack and a second bucket clack. Two outer sealing racks are symmetrically arranged on the inner walls of the left side and the right side of the opening end of the first bucket clack, and a sealing plate is arranged on a bucket opening plate on the lower side of the opening end of the first bucket clack; and two inner sealing racks are symmetrically arranged on the inner walls of the left side and the right side of the opening end of the second bucket clack. According to the two-clack type leakage-proof grab bucket, an existing two-clack type grab bucket is improved, and the outer sealing racks, the inner sealing racks and the sealing plate which can be matched with one another are added, so that gaps existing when the existing two-clack type grab bucket is folded are sealed, and the problem that small-particle cargoes are likely to leak in special bulk cargo operation is effectively solved; a certain waterproof and impurity preventing function is achieved; and meanwhile, the problem of follow-up treatment of leaking cargoes is solved, the production efficiency is improved, and the labor intensity of operators is reduced.
