Nanometer crystal nucleus early strength agent and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a nanocrystal nucleus early strength agent as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The early strength agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.4-4% of a dispersing agent, 5-15% of calcium salt, 5-15% of composite silicon salt and the balance of water, wherein the dispersing agent comprises a phosphoric acid terminal hydroxyl modified EO/PO block polycondensate and an anionic high polymer. The prepared early strength agent is small in particle size, uniform in distribution and high in stability, and has good early strength performance when being used in a Portland cement system.
本发明公开了一种纳米晶核早强剂及其制备方法和应用。该早强剂包括以下重量百分比的组分:分散剂0.4~4%、钙盐5~15%、复合硅盐5~15%,余量为水;其中,分散剂包括磷酸端羟基改性EO/PO嵌段缩聚物和阴离子型高聚物。本发明制备得到的早强剂粒径小,分布均匀,稳定性高,用于硅酸盐水泥体系中具有较好的早强性能。
