The invention provides an expressway bridge drainage device. The device comprises a bridge, a drainage channel, a water inlet plate, a downstream pipeline, a gathering pipe, a discharge pipe, a first sleeving plate, a second sleeving plate, a clamping plate, a supporting rod, a fastening plate, a movable air outlet frame structure, a conveying working pipe frame structure, a movable water outlet pipe structure and a supporting plate frame structure, wherein drainage channels are formed above the left side and the right side in the bridge; a water inlet plate is laid on an upper portion of the inner wall of the drainage channel; the downstream pipeline is embedded at a lower end of the drainage channel; an upper end of the gathering pipe is in threaded connection with a down-flow pipeline; and the discharge pipe is embedded into a rear end of the gathering pipe. Through the arrangement of the movable air outlet frame structure and the conveying working pipe frame structure, air can be sprayed to dredge the drainage position, and therefore an anti-blocking purpose is achieved.
