The invention discloses a method for treating a foundation above a shallow-buried shield tunnel through vacuum preloading. The method comprises the following steps that a geological survey report is analyzed, the burial depth and thickness of soft stratums such as sludge are found out, the site design elevation requirement is analyzed, and the length of a vertical drainage body of a sand well or a plastic drainage plate is determined; the control range of the vacuum degree above the shallow-buried shield tunnel is calculated through numerical analysis; an insertion plate length control device is arranged at the bottom of an insertion plate in a sleeving mode, and the insertion plate is arranged; a sealing film is laid; a vacuum degree monitoring instrument is arranged in the site, and informatization construction is implemented; vacuumizing is carried out, and tunnel deformation is observed at the same time; and when the treatment effect is achieved, vacuumizing is stopped. According to the method, the vacuum degree and the insertion plate depth are controlled, the foundation is treated through vacuum preloading above the shallow-buried shield tunnel, and the influence on the shallow-buried shield tunnel in a common preloading method is avoided; and vacuum preloading treatment is adopted above the shallow-buried shield tunnel, and compared with a mixing pile composite foundation, the quality is controllable, the construction period is shortened, and the manufacturing cost is low.
