Flexible material vertical laying device and laying method thereof
The invention discloses a flexible material vertical laying device and a laying method thereof. The device comprises two identical parts, and the two parts are oppositely arranged; and the parts comprise supporting plates, supporting rods, rollers, inflatable cushions, chains, transmission shafts and driving shafts. The laying method comprises the steps that the devices are symmetrically placed in grooves in a pairwise mode through suspension equipment, then the starting end of the flexible material is placed between the two devices, the inflatable cushions are inflated after the devices are aligned, and the inflatable cushions on the two sides fix the flexible material in the middle through extrusion. When an external driving device drives the driving shafts to rotate, the driving shafts drive the rollers to rotate, and the inflatable cushions rotate along with the rollers when the rollers rotate, so that the flexible material is driven to be vertically laid. According to the technical scheme, when the flexible material is vertically laid, the inflatable cushions can prevent the flexible material from being damaged in the laying process, and the supporting plates can prevent the groove walls from collapsing to damage the flexible material.
本发明公开了一种柔性材料垂直铺设装置及其铺设方法。所述装置包括两个相同的部件,这两个部件相向设置;所述部件包括:支撑板、支撑杆、滚筒、充气垫、链条、传动轴和驱动轴。所述铺设方法包括:通过悬吊设备将所述装置两两对称放入沟槽内,再将柔性材料的始端放进两个装置中间,装置对齐后将充气垫进行充气,两侧的充气垫通过挤压将柔性材料固定在中间。当外部驱动装置驱动驱动轴转动时,驱动轴带动滚筒转动,滚筒转动时充气垫随滚筒转动,从而带动柔性材料进行垂直铺设。本发明公开的技术方案在柔性材料垂直铺设时,充气垫可以避免在铺设过程中损坏柔性材料,支撑板可以防止槽壁坍塌损坏柔性材料。
