The invention provides a constant-pressure water supply device, and belongs to the technical field of water treatment. The constant-pressure water supply device comprises a base and a water supply structure arranged above the base, wherein the top of the base is further provided with a bottom seat for installing the base in a matched mode; the upper end of the bottom seat extends into the base, and a damping reserved groove is reserved between the upper end of the bottom seat and the base; protruding bases protruding outwards and allowing the two sides of the base to abut against are arranged on the two sides of the base; open grooves are formed in the protruding bases; and damping springs are arranged in the open grooves. The water supply structure comprises a water pump, a pressure tank and a communicating pipe; one end of the communicating pipe is connected with the water pump; the other end of the communicating pipe is connected with a water inlet pipeline; and a filtering mechanism with a filtering function is arranged in the outer end of the water inlet pipeline. Water is filtered through the filtering mechanism, a pure water source is obtained, the water source is safer and more sanitary for life, and the advantages of sanitation and health are realized.
