The invention discloses a hanging piece and a shower head structure. The hanging piece is suitable for being hung on a vertical rod piece and comprises a body and a first hook; the gravity center of the hanging piece is configured to be located in the body; one end of the first hook is fixedly connected to one side of the body, and a first through groove is formed between the first hook and the body; the first through groove is provided with a first opening for the rod piece to pass through; the first opening is configured to allow the rod piece to pass through in the state that the first hook does not need to be elastically deformed; the inner surface, facing the body, of the first hook forms an abutting part; the first hook is also provided with a stop part; and the stop part is configured to be suitable for preventing the rod piece from being separated from the opening when the rod piece abuts against the abutting part. The shower head structure comprises a shower head body and the hanging piece; and the shower head body is fixedly connected with the body. According to the hanging piece and the shower head structure, hanging, dismounting and position adjusting can be conveniently achieved on the rod piece, the structure is simple, and the operation is convenient.
