Fabricated shear connector
The invention discloses a fabricated shear connector. A limiting block is welded to the bottom of an I-shaped beam; a limiting groove is formed in the top of a connecting plate; the limiting block is inserted into the limiting groove; first through holes are formed in the connecting plate; second through holes are formed in the I-shaped beam; first fastening bolts sequentially penetrate through the first through holes, the second through holes and outer nuts; the first fastening bolts are in threaded connection with the outer nuts; one end of a supporting plate is embedded in a concrete beam, and the other end of the supporting plate is welded to the bottom of the connecting plate; two reset mechanisms are arranged on the two sides of the supporting plate respectively; and one end of each reset mechanism is fixed to the concrete beam, and the other end of each reset mechanism is fixedly connected with the connecting plate. When the concrete beam slides relatively, the limiting block is used for bearing transverse shearing force, so that the shearing force borne by the first fastening bolts is reduced, and the shearing resistance of the connector is remarkably improved.
本发明公开了一种装配式抗剪连接件,限位块焊接于工字梁底部,连接板顶部开设有限位槽,限位块插接于限位槽内,连接板上开设有第一通孔,工字梁上开设有第二通孔,第一紧固螺栓依次穿过第一通孔、第二通孔和外螺母,且第一紧固螺栓与外螺母螺纹连接,支撑板的一端嵌于混凝土梁内,支撑板的另一端焊接于连接板底部,两个复位机构分别设置于支撑板的两侧,且复位机构的一端固定于混凝土梁上,复位机构的另一端与连接板固定连接。当混凝土梁发生相对滑移时,利用限位块承受横向剪切力,进而减小了第一紧固螺栓受到的剪切力,显著提高了连接件的抗剪能力。
