The invention discloses a cantilever unit type scaffold convenient to combine, dismount and mount. The following steps are included: step 1, basic parameters are selected; step 2, a roof cantilever beam and a counter weight are mounted; step 3, units are assembled; step 4, a first unit is hoisted; step 5, a second unit is spliced and fixed; step 6, other units are sequentially spliced and fixed; step 7, transverse steel pipes and longitudinal steel pipes are erected from bottom to top; step 8, a horizontal safety net and a dense safety net are hung; step 9, wood scaffold boards are fully laid on a working layer; step 10, acceptance inspection is performed; and step 11, dismounting is performed. Through the arrangement of the bottom transverse rods, the bottom longitudinal rods, the vertical rods, the top longitudinal rods, the top transverse rods and the scaffold boards, a worker can quickly build a unit for hoisting through the structure, and then a plurality of units are assembled to be hoisted, so that the scaffold can be quickly built according to requirements, time and labor waste caused by manual building one by one is prevented, and the working speed is further accelerated.
