Truss type formwork supporting system and construction method thereof
The invention provides a truss type formwork supporting system and a construction method thereof. The supporting system comprises a bearing seat, a fixing device and a height adjusting device, the bearing seat is movably installed on the height adjusting device, and the fixing device is connected with the bearing seat and the height adjusting device. The supporting system is installed by using an upper flange or a lower flange of a structural steel beam as a supporting point, then a fabricated truss is installed by using the bearing seat of the supporting system as a supporting point, then battens and formworks are laid on the fabricated truss, and finally reinforcing steel bars are bound and floor concrete is poured. After floor concrete curing is completed, the fabricated truss and the supporting system can be detached for turnover use. The supporting system is flexible to assemble and high in adaptability, an all-round steel pipe supporting frame does not need to be erected, cost is saved, the construction period is shortened, the construction space of a lower floor is not occupied, meanwhile, the supporting system and the steel beams are connected in a lossless mode, trepanning and welding do not need to be conducted on the steel beams, and it is guaranteed that the performance of the steel beams is not affected.
