Novel pipeline form hoisting process for fabricated building
The invention discloses a novel pipeline form hoisting process for a fabricated building. The process comprises the following construction steps that S1, firstly, a composite floor slab at the lower half part of a floor slab which is prefabricated, poured and formed in a concrete factory is transported to a construction site for hoisting work, when the hoisting work is carried out, a corresponding assembly support needs to be erected on the completed building firstly, the assembly support needs to be located in the direction of a steel bar with a bearing lattice, the installation faces of a pre-composite floor slab and the building floor slab need to be cleaned up, point supporting is avoided, meanwhile, a layer of cement mortar needs to be smeared on a supporting base, and then the composite floor slab can be hoisted to a position above the building through equipment such as a crane, and then placement work is carried out. According to the process, through the arrangement of holes in the composite floor slab and a pouring floor slab and twice pouring work, the pipeline mounting strength and the waterproof effect are greatly improved, and the working efficiency of constructors is further greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种用于装配式建筑的新型管道吊模工艺,包括以下施工步骤:S1、首先将在混凝土工厂中预制浇筑成型完成的楼板下半部分的叠合楼板运送到施工现场进行吊装工作,在进行吊装工作时,需要先在已经完成的建筑上架设相应的装配支撑,装配支撑需要位于具有承载格构的钢筋方向上,预叠合楼板及建筑楼板的安装面须清理干净,并避免点支撑,同时对于支撑座需要抹一层水泥砂浆,然后便可以使用吊车等设备将叠合楼板吊运到建筑上方,然后进行放置工作。本发明通过叠合楼板和浇筑楼板上的洞口设置以及两次浇筑工作,极大的增加了管道安装强度以及防水效果,还极大的提高了施工人员的工作效率。
