Novel concrete curing device for high-altitude spraying through tower crane
The invention relates to the field of building construction equipment, in particular to a novel concrete curing device for high-altitude spraying through a tower crane. A second oil suction pump is used for controlling a second hydraulic telescopic rod to stretch out and draw back to adjust the positions of spraying pipes so that the spraying pipes can be aligned to the position needing spraying, and a third hydraulic telescopic rod is controlled by a third oil suction pump to stretch out and draw back so as to adjust the spraying pipes to be dispersed or concentrated to meet different requirements of concentrated spraying or dispersed spraying. When downward spraying is needed, a sealing block seals a second spraying opening under the action of the elastic force of a first spring, a first hydraulic telescopic rod shrinks, and an ejector rod installed on the inner side wall of an inner pipe downwards abuts against a sealing block, so that the sealing block does not seal a second spraying opening any more; and when lateral spraying needs to be carried out and the first hydraulic telescopic rod extends, the ejector rod does not abut against the sealing block any more, water flow is sprayed out from the side face from a first spraying opening in the surface of an outer pipe, the lateral spraying effect is achieved, downward spraying is not carried out any more, the spraying direction can be flexibly selected according to construction scenes, and the maintenance effect is improved.
