The invention relates to a construction method for a post-pouring coke oven floor ventilation trench and a gas pipe trench. The construction method comprises the following steps: (1) manufacturing a string barrel and a chute, wherein the string barrel comprises a funnel, the bottom of the funnel is fixedly connected with a concrete guide cylinder, the concrete guide cylinder is inserted into a coke oven from a top plate cleaning pipe of the coke oven, the chute is arranged in the coke oven, and the lower end of the chute is arranged at a coke oven floor pouring position; (2) selecting a certain position on a coke oven floor as a pouring starting point, arranging the lower end of the chute at the starting point, and enabling the upper end to face a concrete pump; (3)selecting a cleaning pipe at the corresponding position of the upper end of the chute to be installed in the string barrel, wherein the concrete guide cylinder of the string barrel is connected with the chute; (4) pumping concrete into an upper opening of the string barrel, and injecting the concrete into the string barrel; and (5) selecting a second pouring point, moving the string barrel to the position where the chute can be transferred to, moving the chute in the coke oven to enable the upper end of the chute to be connected with the string barrel and the lower end of the chute to be connected with the second pouring point, and continuously pouring the concrete. The concrete raw materials are continuously and directly put at multiple points, the conveying path is short, and continuous pouring is realized.
