The container type waterless ecological toilet comprises a base, a container body, defecation areas, a degradation liquid conveying mechanism and a deodorization mechanism, the container body is arranged at the top of the base, stairs are arranged on the front face of the base, and three toilet doors are formed in the front face of the container body; the interior of the container body is divided into the defecation areas equal to the three toilet doors through two partition plates. According to the container type waterless ecological toilet and the centralized control system thereof, under the action that a solid cleaning mechanism assists an excrement collecting tank and a liquid discharge area, solids and liquid are cleaned into a solid-liquid fermentation mechanism, so that a very good solid-liquid separation effect can be obtained; a solid and the liquid are fermented and decomposed in respective fermentation barrels under the action of the solid-liquid fermentation mechanism, and are discharged through a connected delivery pump, so that a relatively large storage space is not needed; under the action of the deodorization mechanism, odor generated during defecation can be adsorbed into a deodorization box, and the odor is purified into non-toxic gas and then discharged, so that the effect of preventing air pollution is achieved.
