The invention discloses a silk screen and a manufacturing method thereof. The silk screen comprises a plurality of silk yarn units, the silk yarn units are bent through reciprocating rotation to form first edge yarns and second edge yarns which are arranged alternately, and wave crests and wave troughs which are arranged alternately are formed at the connecting positions of the multiple first edge yarns and the multiple second edge yarns; the first edge yarns on the silk yarn units are located in a first plane, the second edge yarns on the silk yarn units are located in a second plane, the adjacent silk yarn units are connected together to form a screen body, first bent parts are arranged at the wave crests of the silk yarn units, and second bent parts are arranged at the wave troughs of the silk yarn units; and first convex corners protruding out of the second plane are formed on the first bent parts, and second convex corners protruding out of the first plane are formed on the second bent parts. The blocking effect of the screen body on a target object can be improved through the first convex corners and the second convex corners, the friction force of the screen body on the target object can be increased through the first convex corners and the second convex corners, and the attachment effect of the target object is improved.
