The formwork foamed plate manufacturing method comprises the following steps that a grid plate is prefabricated, specifically, a plurality of plastic flat belts with clamping grooves are mutually inserted to form the grid plate; and foaming and charging are conducted, specifically, foaming bodies are added into cavities of the grid plate, so that the foaming bodies and the grid plate are welded into a whole. As the plurality of plastic flat belts are mutually inserted through the clamping grooves to form the grid plate, the foaming bodies are injected into the cavities of the grid plate to be integrally welded to form the formwork foamed plate, the overall strength of the formwork foamed plate is effectively improved, a keel support does not need to be additionally arranged, and the technical problems that in the prior art, a formwork foamed plate is low in strength and needs to be used in cooperation with the keel support are solved.
本发明提供了一种模发板制作方法及模发板,涉及模发保温板技术领域,包括以下步骤:预制网格板:将多个带有卡槽的塑料平带相互插接,形成网格板;发泡加料:将发泡体加入到所述网格板的空腔中,以使发泡体与所述网格板熔接为一体。由于多个塑料平带通过卡槽相互插接形成网格板,在网格板的空腔中注入发泡体熔接为一体形成模发板,有效提高模发板的整体强度,不需要额外添加龙骨支架,缓解了现有技术中存在的模发板强度低,需要配套龙骨支架使用的技术问题。
