The microwave dielectric ceramic is obtained by heating to 700 DEG C at a speed of 5 DEG C/min, preserving heat for 3 hours to finish presintering synthesis, heating to 750-1275 DEG C at a speed of 5 DEG C/min, and preserving heat for 3 hours to finish sintering. The microwave dielectric ceramic prepared in the invention has the advantages of low dielectric constant, high quality factor and low sintering temperature, and is suitable for preparing LTCC substrates, dielectric resonators, filters, dielectric antennas and other microwave communication devices.
