Preparation method of chopped carbon fiber reinforced graphite-based C/C composite material
The invention provides a preparation method of a chopped carbon fiber reinforced graphite-based C/C composite material. The method comprises the following steps: (1) pretreating chopped carbon fibers, and dispersing the pretreated chopped carbon fibers in a dispersant solution to obtain a carbon fiber dispersion liquid; (2) adding the carbon fiber dispersion liquid into an asphalt dispersion liquid, and stirring to obtain carbon fiber/asphalt dispersion liquid; (3) adding fine carbon raw material powder containing graphite powder into the carbon fiber/asphalt dispersion liquid, stirring, mixing and kneading, and heating to remove a solvent to obtain a mixed material; (4) drying, crushing and sieving the mixed material to obtain fine powder; and (5) mixing and kneading the fine powder and coarse carbon raw material powder containing graphite powder, raising the temperature to 10-20 DEG C higher than the asphalt softening point, and carrying out mixing and kneading, forming and roasting treatment. The C/C composite material prepared by the invention is uniform in component distribution, small in porosity, high in product volume density, high in product strength and excellent in processability.
本发明提供了一种短切炭纤维增强石墨基C/C复合材料的制备方法，包括以下步骤：(1)将短切炭纤维进行预处理后分散于分散剂溶液中，得炭纤维分散液；(2)将炭纤维分散液加入到沥青分散液中，搅拌，得炭纤维/沥青分散液；(3)将包含石墨粉的细炭质原料粉加入到炭纤维/沥青分散液中，搅拌后再进行混捏，之后加热脱除溶剂，得混合物料；(4)将所述混合物料进行干燥，粉碎过筛，得细粉料；(5)将细粉料与包含石墨粉的粗炭质原料粉进行混捏，再将温度升高至高于沥青软化点10‑20℃，混捏，成型，焙烧处理。本发明制备得到的C/C复合材料中各成分分布均匀，气孔率小，产品的体积密度高，产品的强度高，加工性能优良。
