Earthen archaeological site protection material and preparation method thereof
The invention provides an earthen archaeological site protection material and a preparation method thereof. The material comprises a plant source urease solution, a urea solution, a calcium chloride solution and cane sugar; the plant source urease solution, the urea solution, the calcium chloride solution and the cane sugar are mixed according to the mass ratio of 10: 5: 5: 1. Sucrose modifying enzyme is added into the components to induce calcium carbonate precipitation, so that on one hand, a nucleation site is provided for the generated calcium carbonate and is used as an organic template for regulating and controlling the growth of the calcium carbonate, and the structure of the calcium carbonate is more compact; on the other hand, the sucrose has a certainviscidity, the sucrose contains hydroxyl functional groups which are coordinated with calcium ions in the solution, so that the curing protection effect is remarkably improved, the compatibility of the material with a soil body is good, and the surface hardness, the salt corrosion resistance, the weather resistance and the water repellency of the soil body are remarkably improved; and the preparation process is simple, green and environment-friendly, carbon dioxide in air can be absorbed to accelerate solidification of the soil body, and the greenhouse effect is relieved.
