The invention provides a roof waterproof tile and a manufacturing process thereof, and relates to the technical field of waterproof tiles. The roof waterproof tile comprises a fiberboard layer, and the outer side wall of the fiberboard layer is coated with an asphalt layer. The roof waterproof tile is excellent in compressive strength and waterproof performance and long in service life. In addition, the invention further provides a manufacturing process of the roof waterproof tile. The manufacturing process further comprises the following steps that: wet wood fibers are added into a high-concentration hydrapulper, and water is added for defibering and pulping; defibered wood fiber pulp is fed into a storage tank so as to be stored, and then moisture in the pulp is removed through a squeezer; a squeezed semi-finished product is fed into a drying machine so as to be dried; the dried semi-finished product is fed into a tile press to be pressed into a tile shape; the semi-finished product pressed into the tile shape is fed into a slicing machine to be sliced; and the sliced semi-finished product is conveyed into an asphalt continuous dipping tank through a conveyor so as to be dipped, and a finished product can be obtained. By adopting the process, the roof waterproof tile can be conveniently manufactured.
