High-modulus asphalt pavement construction method based on heavy traffic
The invention relates to a high-modulus asphalt pavement construction method based on heavy traffic. The problem that the temperature in an asphalt mixture during rolling cannot be measured efficiently and accurately during construction of an existing high-modulus asphalt pavement is effectively solved. According to the technical scheme, the method comprises the following steps: in the process that a road roller rolls a paved asphalt mixture, walking of a steel wheel of the road roller is utilized to drive a temperature measuring device to synchronously and automatically measure the temperature of the asphalt mixture at fixed frequency intervals, in the measuring process, a temperature measuring device can be pulled out after staying in the asphalt mixture for a certain time, and thus the measuring result is more accurate and reliable.
本发明涉及一种基于重载交通的高模量沥青路面施工方法,本发明有效解决现有针对高模量沥青路面施工时无法高效率且精准的实现对碾压时的沥青混合料内的温度进行测量的问题;解决的技术方案包括:通过在压路机对完成摊铺后的沥青混合料进行碾压过程中,利用压路机的钢轮的行走进而驱动温度测量装置实现同步自动且间隔固定频率对沥青混合料温度进行测量,而且在测量过程中,还可使得温度测量装置在沥青混合料中停留一定时间后拔出,使得测量结果更加精准、可靠。
