The movable grating plate assembly and the static grating plate assembly are matched in a staggered mode, garbage in gaps can be cleaned through reciprocating motion, a good self-cleaning effect can be achieved through cooperation with flushing water flow in a water inlet gallery, the garbage does not have a blocking state due to the design of the position relation of the grating plates, and the possibility of garbage blocking can be reduced to a larger extent.
