The anti-corrosion cross beam comprises a cross beam body; first fastening mechanisms are symmetrically arranged at the bottom of the cross beam body; each first fastening mechanism comprises a fixed clamping plate and a movable clamping plate; and the fixed clamping plates are fixed to the lower surface of the cross beam body in a bilateral symmetry mode. By arranging the first fastening mechanisms, when the cross beam body and supporting columns are installed, the cross beam body is directly erected on the supporting columns, steel plates in the middles of the supporting columns are inserted between the fixed clamping plates and the movable clamping plates, and the movable clamping plates are tightly attached to the steel plates in the middles of the supporting columns under the action of springs; at the moment, a constructor takes down limiting pins through a tool; under the action of clockwork springs, reels can be driven to rotate to wind first transmission ropes, and first bolts are driven to rotate; and the first bolts gradually penetrate through the I-shaped supporting columns and the fixed clamping plates and are in bolted connection with nuts.
