Shear wall prefabricated part and fabricated construction method thereof
The invention discloses a shear wall prefabricated part, and belongs to the technical field of fabricated buildings. The shear wall prefabricated part comprises a prefabricated part body and reinforcing meshes. One-way or two-way chamfers are arranged at the bottom of the prefabricated part body, and adjusting bolts are arranged at the two ends; a vertical through hole is formed in the prefabricated part body; an internally-arranged inclined strut is arranged in the prefabricated part body in a penetrating mode and extends outwards, and during fabricated construction, the internally-arranged inclined strut is connected with a preset connecting piece on a beam and/or column part; and the shear wall prefabricated part is connected with peripheral cast-in-place parts through the reinforcing meshes. The invention further discloses a fabrication construction method of the shear wall prefabricated part. Prefabricated columns on the two sides are used for replacing edge restraining parts of a cast-in-place shear wall, inclined struts are arranged in the shear wall prefabricated part, the shear wall prefabricated part is spliced and connected with the prefabricated columns in the field fabrication process, construction is convenient, cost is reduced, and the overall stress performance is good.
