FRP-UHPFRC-concrete composite column
The invention discloses an FRP-UHPFRC-concrete composite column. An ultra-high performance fiber reinforced concrete (UHPFRC) pipe is adopted to restrain a concrete column, and an FRP layer is adhered to the outside of the UHPFRC pipe to form the composite concrete column. A lining is placed in the UHPFRC pipe so as to prevent the UHPFRC pipe from being damaged during pouring. Steel bars can be arranged in the concrete column according to needs. According to different structural design requirements, the UHPFRC pipe can play a role in circumferential constraint and can also bear vertical loads, corresponding different constraints are adopted at the ends of the composite column, and FRP cloth is adopted for further constraining the UHPC pipe confined concrete, so that the bearing capacity of the concrete column can be greatly improved. Compared with traditional steel pipe concrete, the UHPFRC pipe and the concrete inner column are better in interface mechanical property and good in structural integrity, and the composite column has the better durability and fire resistance and can well resist disasters such as earthquakes, impact and explosion. In addition, the UHPFRC pipe can be prefabricated by adopting a centrifugal method, so that the construction is convenient, the process is simple, and the manufacturing cost is low.
本发明公开了一种FRP‑UHPFRC‑混凝土复合柱,其采用超高性能纤维混凝土(UHPFRC)管约束混凝土柱,UHPFRC管外粘FRP层,形成复合混凝土柱。UHPFRC管内放置衬子,以防止浇筑时对UHPFRC管造成损伤。混凝土柱中,可以根据需要配置钢筋。根据不同的结构设计要求,UHPFRC管既可起环向约束的作用,也可承受竖向荷载,复合柱端部采用相应的不同约束,采用FRP布对UHPC管约束混凝土进行进一步约束,可极大地提高混凝土柱的承载力。与传统钢管混凝土相比,UHPFRC管与混凝土内柱的界面力学性能更好,结构整体性佳,该复合柱具有更好的耐久性和耐火性,能很好的抵御地震、冲击、爆炸等灾害。此外,UHPFRC管可采用离心法预制生产,施工方便,工序简单,造价低。
