Inter-floor thickness control method for reinforced concrete
The invention discloses an inter-floor thickness control method for reinforced concrete. The inter-floor thickness control method comprises the following steps that 1) a ribbed steel bar is selected, and the ribbed steel bar is sleeved with a steel bar sleeve; (2) an inverted-U-shaped positioning thin steel plate is welded to the bottom of the ribbed steel bar; (3) the inverted-U-shaped positioning thin steel plate is installed on a concrete floor bottom rib; 4) a flat plate type positioning thin steel plate is welded at the top of the ribbed steel bar; (5) thin steel bars are welded to the outer periphery of the flat plate type positioning thin steel plate; (6) concrete floor surface ribs are placed on a top thin steel plate and penetrate through the thin steel bars to form a cross shape; and (7) concrete is poured and tamped on a concrete formwork, and the structure is embedded into the concrete floor to form a whole. The inter-floor thickness control method for the reinforced concrete can meet the requirement for thickness control of a surface rib protective layer of a double-layer plate rib.
