The invention provides a disc buckle type full framing integral sliding structure. A rail part is composed of a rail which is formed by taking channel steel laid on a needed part foundation as the rail; a sliding supporting part comprises sliding wheels, supporting beams and transverse parallel connection steel pipes; the transverse parallel connection steel pipes are arranged below a horizontal rod on the lowermost layer of the disc buckle type full framing; the sliding wheels are in rolling connection with the channel steel; the supporting beams are arranged on the lower surfaces of the transverse parallel connection steel pipes and connected with two steel plates at intervals in the width direction, and the sliding wheels are connected between the two steel plates through rotating shafts; a sliding displacement part comprises fixed end pre-embedded pull rings, steel wire ropes and chain blocks; the chain blocks are arranged on the left side and the right side in the sliding direction of the disc buckle type full framing; the chain blocks are arranged on the fixed end pre-embedded pull rings through the steel wire ropes; and the fixed end pre-embedded pull rings are arranged on the end surface of the foundation casting. The invention further provides a construction method of the sliding structure.
本发明提供了一种盘扣式满堂支架整体滑移结构,轨道部分由铺设在需要部位基础上的槽钢作为轨道组成;滑动支撑部分包括滑动轮、支撑梁、横向平联钢管;横向平联钢管设置在盘扣式满堂支架最下层水平杆的下方;滑动轮与槽钢滚动连接,支撑梁设置在横向平联钢管的下表面,支撑梁沿着宽度方向间隔连接两个钢板,两个钢板之间通过转轴连接滑动轮;滑动位移部分包括固定端预埋拉环、钢丝绳、手拉葫芦;手拉葫芦设置在盘扣式满堂支架滑动方向的左右两侧手拉葫芦通过钢丝绳设置在固定端预埋拉环上;固定端预埋拉环设置在基础浇筑的端面上。本发明还提供了上述滑移结构的施工方法。
