The invention discloses a road intersection structure which comprises at least three two-way roads, all the two-way roads intersect to form an intersection, turning waiting areas are arranged in the middles of the ends, close to the intersection, of the opposite two-way roads, and the turning waiting areas are parking waiting areas where vehicles turn on inner lanes of the opposite two-way roads. The two-way road is provided with a stop line on the side, away from the intersection, of the turning waiting area. The invention further discloses a vehicle passing method. The method comprises the steps that the two-way road in the first direction is firstly released; the two-way road in the second direction is released; and when the duration is T2, circulation is carried out. The road intersection structure and the vehicle passing method have the advantages that the passing efficiency of vehicles at the intersection is improved, the waiting time is shortened, and the intersection is prevented from being jammed.
