The tail water classified collection system comprises a culture cabin, a first suction device, a second suction device, a collecting cabin arranged below the culture cabin and a filter screen with a feeding port; a discharging port is formed in the bottom of the culture cabin, and the culture cabin communicates with the collecting cabin through the discharging port; a first valve is arranged at the discharging port, the filter screen is located in the collecting cabin and installed at the bottom of the culture cabin, and the feeding port of the filter screen communicates with the culture cabin through the first valve; a water passing port is formed in the bottom of the collecting cabin, and a second valve is arranged at the water passing port; and one end of the first suction device communicates with an inner cavity of the filter screen, and one end of the second suction device communicates with the inner cavity of the filter screen. The tail water classified collection system can solve the technical problem of poorer convenience when pollutants accumulated at the bottom of the culture cabin are intensively cleaned in an existing manual diving operation mode.
