The invention relates to the technical field of fire-fighting equipment, in particular to combined fire-fighting equipment provided with an outrigger and a using method of the combined fire-fighting equipment. The combined fire-fighting equipment comprises a fire fighting truck body, wherein the fire fighting truck body comprises a fire fighting truck head, a fire fighting truck body detachably connected with the fire fighting truck head and fire fighting truck wheels arranged at the bottom of the fire fighting truck body; the fire fighting truck head is provided with a cab, and the cab controls operation of the whole fire fighting truck body; a rescue outrigger is arranged at the upper part of the fire fighting truck body, and the rescue outrigger comprises a first rescue part and a second rescue part; the first rescue part is arranged at the rear end of the fire fighting truck body; and the second rescue part is arranged at the front end of the fire fighting truck body. According to the combined fire-fighting equipment provided with the outrigger between a ladder frame and a bracket in an adjustable manner, the working intensity of firefighters is relieved, and the moving and overturning speed of the ladder frame is increased, so that precious disaster relief time is won. The invention further provides a using method of the fire-fighting equipment.
