The invention discloses an ultra-thin anti-skid wear material based on steel slag aggregate and application of the of ultra-thin anti-skid wear material. The ultra-thin anti-skid wear material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of mineral aggregate, 5.8-6.2 parts of composite modified asphalt and 0.2-0.5 part of lignin fibers, wherein the mineral aggregate includes 40-42 parts of steel slag A, 51-54 parts of basalt coarse aggregate, 1-3 parts of steel slag B, 1-3 parts of limestone fine aggregate and 2-4 parts of limestone mineral powder, the soaking expansion rate of the steel slag A and the steel slag B is not greater than 1.5%, and the content of free calcium oxide is not greater than 3%. The ultra-thin anti-skid wear material based on the steel slag aggregate not only can be used for maintenance of an original asphalt pavement and rapid repair of a waste pavement, but also can be used for local damage repair and preventive maintenance of asphalt pavement of a bridge floor, and the repaired ultra-thin anti-skid wear layer has good water sealing and anti-skid effects. The ultra-thin anti-skid wear material is low in cost, convenient to construct and suitable for large-scale popularization and application.
本发明公开了一种基于钢渣集料的极薄抗滑磨耗材料及其应用,包括以下按照重量份数计组分:矿料为100份、复合改性沥青为5.8‑6.2份、木质素纤维为0.2‑0.5份;所述矿料中钢渣A40‑42份、玄武岩粗集料51‑54份、钢渣B1‑3份、石灰岩细集料1‑3份、石灰石矿粉2‑4份,所述钢渣A和钢渣B的浸水膨胀率不大于1.5%,游离氧化钙含量不大于3%。基于钢渣集料的极薄抗滑磨耗材料既可用于原沥青路面的养护和废旧路面的快速修复,也可用于桥面沥青铺装的局部破损修复和预防性养护,修复形成的极薄抗滑磨耗层具有良好的封水、抗滑效果。本发明成本低、施工简便,适于大规模推广应用。
