The invention discloses a preparation process of a thermal insulation sintered brick containing construction waste, and belongs to the technical field of construction material processing. The preparation process comprises the steps of (1) carrying out pretreatment on construction waste; (2) burdening; (3) mixing the materials; (4) aging; (5) preparing a green brick; and (6) sintering. According to the preparation process of the thermal insulation sintered brick containing the construction waste, the density of the sintered brick prepared through the method reaches up to 1930 kg/m < 3 >, it is proved that air holes generated in the sintered brick are well filled, the sintered brick is dense in interior and large in density, and the borne compressive strength is enhanced accordingly. In addition, the finished product is high in linear shrinkage rate, the volume recovery rate is high, and the product quality is good.
