The invention discloses a matte digital dry-particle ceramic tile with a stereoscopic impression and a preparation method of thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) pressing a blank into a green brick, and controlling the moisture content in the green brick to be less than 0.3% of the total mass; 2) applying low-gloss ground glaze on the surface of the green brick; 3) spraying dry granular ink on the surface of the green brick through a digital ink jet machine for printing, and enabling the moisture content in the green brick to be less than 0.1% of the total mass; 4) spraying matte glaze on the surface of the green brick; and (5) firing the green brick at the temperature of 1190 to 1210 DEG C for 60 to 75 minutes. According to the invention, the low-gloss ground coat is applied to the green brick to reduce the glossiness of the green brick, and the dry grain ink is sprayed on the surface of the low-gloss ground coat to print the pattern, so that a concave-convex texture pattern is obtained, the glossiness is low, the gradation is clear, and the skid resistance and the touch texture of the ceramic tile are effectively improved; and meanwhile, the water content before the low-gloss ground glaze and the matte glaze are applied is strictly controlled, and the components and the firing temperature of each glaze are optimized, so that the antifouling property of the ceramic tile is improved.
本发明公开了一种哑光带立体感的数码干粒陶瓷砖及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:1)将坯料压制成砖坯,控制所述砖坯中的水分含量小于总质量的0.3%;2)在砖坯的表面施布低光泽底釉;3)通过数码喷墨机对砖坯表面喷淋干粒墨水进行打印,并使砖坯中的水分含量小于总质量的0.1%;4)在砖坯表面喷涂哑光面釉;5)将砖坯在1190~1210℃的温度下烧成60~75min。本发明通过在砖坯上施布低光泽底釉以降低砖坯光泽度,并在低光泽底釉表面喷淋干粒墨水进行图案打印,以得到具有有凹凸状的纹理图案,光泽度低,层次分明,有效提升陶瓷砖的防滑性及触摸的质感;同时严格控制低光泽底釉及哑光面釉施布前的含水量,优选各釉料的组分及烧制的温度,从而改善陶瓷砖的防污性能。
