Circulating fluidized bed gasification method for sludge pulverized coal
The invention discloses a circulating fluidized bed gasification method for sludge pulverized coal, and relates to the technical field of gasification treatment. The circulating fluidized bed gasification method for sludge pulverized coal comprises the steps of firstly, performing low-temperature direct heat exchange on dewatered sludge subjected to primary filter pressing and dry hot air in a low-temperature drying machine to form dry sludge, and introducing wet and hot air formed by separated water vapor and the hot air into a condenser to perform indirect heat exchange with circulating cooling water; then feeding the dried sludge to a circulating fluidized bed gasification device, and carrying out gasification reaction on the dried sludge and pulverized coal under a high-temperature condition; introducing the generated gasified coal gas into a preheater, and then introducing the gasified coal gas into a waste heat boiler to generate steam; and enabling dry cold air discharged from the condenser to be subjected to indirect heat exchange with the heated demineralized water in the heater. The low-temperature drying process does not depend on an external heat source, so that the energy utilization efficiency is improved; and compared with a high-temperature drying process, a low-temperature drying process is adopted, so that odor is not generated, and secondary pollution is not generated by cyclic utilization of carrier gas.
本发明公开了一种污泥煤粉的循环流化床气化方法,涉及气化处理技术领域。本发明的一种污泥煤粉的循环流化床气化方法,首先将经过初级压滤后的脱水污泥在低温干化机内与干燥热空气进行低温直接换热形成干污泥,析出的水蒸气与热空气形成的湿热空气通入冷凝器内与循环冷却水进行间接换热;然后将干燥后的干污泥送至循环流化床气化装置,与粉煤在高温条件进行气化反应;再将产生的气化煤气通入预热器,随后通入余热锅炉产生蒸汽;经冷凝器内排出的干燥冷空气在加热器内与加热的除盐水进行间接换热。低温干化过程不依赖外部热源,从而提高了能量利用效率;采用低温干化工艺,相比高温干化过程不产生臭气,载气循环利用不产生二次污染。
