Structure and method for reinforcing interlayer combination of rigid-flexible composite pavement
The invention discloses a structure and method for reinforcing interlayer combination of a rigid-flexible composite pavement. The structure comprises a concrete rigid base layer, an interlayer bonding structure layer and an asphalt surface layer which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, the interlayer bonding structure layer comprises modified rubber particles and rubber powder modified asphalt; and the modified rubber particles and/or the rubber powder modified asphalt are uniformly scattered between the asphalt surface layer and the concrete rigid foundation. According to the invention, the impact resistance, wear resistance and fatigue resistance of the pavement structure are obviously improved, so that the service life of the rigid-flexible composite pavement is prolonged.
本发明公开了一种加强刚柔复合式路面层间结合结构及方法,包括由下至上依次布置的混凝土刚性基层、层间结合结构层和沥青面层;层间结合结构层包括改性橡胶颗粒和橡胶粉改性沥青;改性橡胶颗粒和/或橡胶粉改性沥青均撒布于沥青面层和混凝土刚性基成之间。本发明显著地改善路面结构的抗冲击性、耐磨性与抗疲劳性,从而提高刚柔复合式路面的使用寿命。

The invention discloses a structure and method for reinforcing interlayer combination of a rigid-flexible composite pavement. The structure comprises a concrete rigid base layer, an interlayer bonding structure layer and an asphalt surface layer which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, the interlayer bonding structure layer comprises modified rubber particles and rubber powder modified asphalt; and the modified rubber particles and/or the rubber powder modified asphalt are uniformly scattered between the asphalt surface layer and the concrete rigid foundation. According to the invention, the impact resistance, wear resistance and fatigue resistance of the pavement structure are obviously improved, so that the service life of the rigid-flexible composite pavement is prolonged.
