Mounting process for embedded part with complex special-shaped position
The invention belongs to the technical field of embedded part installation, and particularly relates to a mounting process for an embedded part with a complex special-shaped position. The process comprises the following steps: performing drawing by utilizing CAD (Computer Aided Design) or other three-dimensional software, and making an eight-equal-division disc-shaped drawing to cover a circular template; accurately measuring and setting the center of an embedded part by using a total station, and making points on a concrete cushion layer after the center of the embedded part is checked for multiple times; measuring the bottom elevation of the disc embedded part accurately; accurately mounting the central circular embedded part on a measured central axis on the ground by using a laser swinger; pasting a circular template on the circular embedded part, and aligning the vertical line of the center of the template with the center line of the embedded part; and determining the positions of eight small embedded parts on the periphery by using eight bisectors on the template through a stay wire or a laser swinger in combination with a measuring tape for measurement. According to the method, a mode that a template is manufactured through computer drawing to assist installation is adopted, the construction speed can be increased, the accuracy can be guaranteed, the embedded part installation time is greatly saved, and the labor cost is saved.
