The invention discloses a steel pipe-perforated plate shear connector filled with ECC and a construction method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of bridge engineering, the steel pipe-perforated plate shear connector comprises a steel plate and a plurality of short pipes, and the steel plate is provided with a plurality of through holes; the short pipe corresponds to the through hole and is fixedly connected to the steel plate; and the short pipe is filled with ECC concrete to form an ECC concrete short column. Compared with a traditional PBL perforated plate connecting piece, the steel pipe-perforated plate shear-resistant connecting piece filled with the ECC has the advantages that perforated steel bars are omitted, the short steel pipes which are controllable in length and capable of being fixed in position are replaced, the short steel pipes are filled with the ECC concrete, effective work of the connecting piece is guaranteed, construction is extremely convenient, especially under the condition that internal spaces of a mixed tower column, a combined foundation, a bridge deck slab and the like are limited.
本发明公开了一种填充ECC的钢管‑开孔板抗剪连接件及其施工方法,属于桥梁工程技术领域,其包括一钢板和若干短管,钢板上设置若干通孔;短管与通孔对应设置,并固定连接在钢板上;短管内填充ECC混凝土并形成ECC混凝土短柱。本发明提出的填充ECC的钢管‑开孔板抗剪连接件与传统PBL开孔板连接件相比,取消了穿孔钢筋,取而代替的是长度可控的可固定位置的短钢管,并内填充ECC混凝土,既保证了连接件的有效工作,还对施工极其方便,特别是混合塔柱、组合基础以及桥面板等内部空间有限的情况下。
