The invention provides a safety guardrail structure for a highway bridge. The safety guardrail structure comprises: a stabilizing structure, an installation structure, wherein the installation structure is installed on the stablilizing structure in a hinged mode, a warning assembly is installed on the top of the installation structure in a screwed mode, and a supporting device is installed among the warning assembly, the installation structure and the stable structure; and a frame structure which installed on the outer wall of the installation structure in an inserted mode, wherein the sliding structures are installed at the outer ends of the frame structure in a connected mode, the tops of the two sets of sliding structures are connected with each other through a connecting assembly, and through the four sets of installation grooves formed in the stand columns, convenient installation of the supporting device is achieved; a frame structure on the stand column is additionally arranged so that disassembly and assembly can be facilitated, through the warning block installed in a screwed mode, the warning block can be conveniently disassembled and assembled, through the warning column of a prism structure, simultaneous warning of the warning column to multiple directions is increased, and through the solar panel additionally arranged on the top of the warning column, the warning column supplies power to the interior of the warning assembly is increased.
