Mutually connected mounting bases are arranged on the sides, close to each other, of the two supporting plates, solar photovoltaic panels are arranged at the ends, on the back faces of the two supporting plates, of the mounting bases, and photovoltaic controllers are arranged at the tops of the mounting bases; an independent mounting frame body is formed through connection and cooperation of a mounting groove and a storage groove, the frame body can unfold and fold the moving seat and the warning board according to different use requirements under mutual cooperation of a storage unfolding assembly, the flexibility of adjustment work of the device is improved, the stability of normal placement of the device is kept. The convenience of carrying and moving work is enhanced.
