The child node is installed on the inner side of a protective fence stand column according to a preset distance, and the child node monitors abnormal vibration of a protective fence through an integrated intelligent learning algorithm; the main node is used for receiving the abnormal vibration monitoring information of the child nodes in the jurisdiction range and sending the abnormal vibration monitoring information to the central node; the central node is used for sending the collected abnormal vibration monitoring information to the monitoring platform; the monitoring platform is used for obtaining the child nodes with abnormal vibration according to the abnormal vibration monitoring information, and then obtaining the positions of the protective fences with abnormal vibration; the communication module is used for completing data communication among the modules; the power supply module is used for supplying power to storage batteries of the child nodes and the main node; and direct-current power supply supplies power to the central node. The problems that the labor intensity of manual inspection of highway guardrails is high, and the whole-course video monitoring deployment cost is high are solved.
