The device comprises a vehicle body, a sweeping mechanism is arranged on the vehicle body, the sweeping mechanism comprises a sweeping part and a dust collection part, the sweeping part comprises a broom driven by a driving structure to move in the direction close to or away from the vehicle body, the driving structure comprises a driving motor fixed in the vehicle body and a connecting plate driven by the driving motor to move in a reciprocating mode, and the broom is connected to the connecting plate. Garbage collected by the sweeping part is sucked into the vehicle body through the dust collection part; the driving motor drives the connecting plate and drives the broom to reciprocate, when garbage needs to be collected, the broom moves towards the direction close to the vehicle body, and then the dust collection part sucks the garbage; and when fallen leaves need to be swept into the garden grassland, the broom moves in the direction far away from the vehicle body, so that in the process of cleaning garden garbage, garbage such as part of the fallen leaves is swept into the garden grassland to be naturally decayed, and cyclic utilization of resources is achieved.
