The invention discloses a river dam with a function of collecting floating garbage, which is characterized by consisting of a first dam body, a second dam body, garbage collection and storage equipment and solar power generation equipment; the first dam body is a main body of a barrage; a plurality of low-water-level drainage channels and a plurality of high-water-level drainage channels are arranged in the first dam body; a plurality of notches are formed in the top of the second dam body and used for converging garbage floating on a water surface; the garbage collection and storage equipment is arranged between the first dam body and the second dam body and maintains rotation of a garbage conveying belt through electric energy provided by the solar power generation equipment; and therefore, the purpose of collecting garbage into a garbage pool beside the river dam is achieved. According to the invention, the traditional functions of river blocking, water storage and the like of the river dam are achieved; meanwhile, the cost for manually salvaging the river channel garbage is greatly saved; and water pollution caused by garbage accumulation on the river surface is avoided.
本发明公开了一种具有漂浮垃圾收集功能的河坝，其特点是，由一号坝体、二号坝体、垃圾收集及储存设备、太阳能发电设备组成；所述一号坝体是该拦河坝的主体，内置若干低水位排水道和若干高水位排水道；所述二号坝体顶部具有若干槽口，用于汇流水面漂浮垃圾；所述一号坝体及二号坝体间设置有垃圾收集及储存设备，该设备通过利用太阳能发电设备提供的电能，维持垃圾传送带的转动，从而达到将垃圾收集于河坝旁垃圾池的目的；本发明在发挥河坝本身拦河储水等传统功能的同时，还大大节省了人工打捞河道垃圾的成本，避免由垃圾在河面堆积而形成水质污染。
