The invention discloses a construction method of an immersed tube rib hoop gravel pile for reinforcing a soft foundation. The construction method comprises the following steps of firstly, constructing on a ground foundation surface to form a pile hole, uniformly distributing and installing a plurality of grouting pipes inside the pile hole in the circumferential direction, enabling the grouting pipes to be 0.2-0.3 meter higher than the ground surface so as to facilitate grouting, and then pouring gravel from a gravel inlet at the top of the pile pipe, then placing a manufactured geogrid cylinder from the top of the pile hole, then pouring the gravels into a geogrid cylinder opening to form a reinforcement hoop gravel pile, and after enabling the gravel pile to be formed for 3-5 days, injecting cement paste from the indwelling grouting pipes by using a high-pressure grouting pump to fill pores in the gravel pile to form a semi-rigid grouting gravel pile. According to the construction method, the gravel pile pipe constructed through the method is simple in structure, the construction method is rapid, simple and convenient, hole wall deformation or collapse cannot be caused, and the construction quality can be effectively guaranteed.
