The thermal consolidation settlement reinforcing structure is characterized by comprising a pipe pile, a compacting device and an air exhaust source; and the pipe pile is at least provided with a pipe body which can be inserted into a soil body and a pipe tip which is arranged on the pipe body, a cavity is formed in the pipe body, at least one air exhaust opening and a grouting opening are formed in the top of the pipe body, through holes are distributed in the outer side wall of the pipe body, the compacting device is arranged above the pipe pile and can be used for compacting the soil body around the pipe pile, and the input end of the air exhaust source is connected with the air exhaust opening. The thermal consolidation settlement reinforcing structure has the beneficial effects of good soft soil reinforcing effect and low cost.
